QUALITY POLICY



OBJECTIVES
The primary objectives for Alloy Pipe & Metal srl are the client’s satisfaction and a continuous improvement of the provided service.

STRATEGY
The company has decided to put in place a Quality Management System that guarantees the achievement of the goals for its activities:

COMMERCIAL REPRESENTATION FOR THE SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES IN THE INDUSTRY OF OIL&GAS, RENEWABLE ENERGIES, AND PLASTICS

Within its Management System, the company does not apply the “Design and Development” norms as they fall outside of the company’s scope.
The achievement of the above mentioned goals can be summarized in:
High professionalism:
• Offer to the client a service/good with the most suitable instruments and the most competent staff.
Transparency and Trust:
• Before any action, the type of product and the most appropriate procedures are evaluated.
• Total traceability of all handled jobs are guaranteed by the usage of specific forms and documentation.
Availability:
• Immediate action and extreme availability.
Guarantee and quality:
• The supply of a product will always fully respect the requirements of the client, satisfying its expectations.
• Technical training and constant refreshing and updated of notions for the whole staff.
Relationship with the customer:
• Client satisfaction is constantly monitored because the anticipation and the fulfillment of the client’s requirements are the foundation of the company’s Quality System.
Communication:
• Communication within the company is carried out using message boards on which internal announcements and memoranda pertaining the Management System are posted; or via e-mail or internal phone calls.
• Moreover, specific meetings can be called. These will be verbalized and the minutes will be preserved by the Quality Team.

The Quality System is documented in order to represent the intentions of the company regarding the application of Quality Management and to serve as foundation for the Evaluation and Certification on behalf of the Clients and National/international bodies in charge.
Quality Policies is included in all levels of the companies organization structure. It is therefore issued to all stakeholders.

THE MANAGEMENT’S COMMITMENT
The Management commits to define and upkeep and structural framework within the company and to share and clarify the Quality Management system within the organization.
Moreover, the management commits to re-examine the management system on a yearly basis to verify its continuously fit for purpose and to apply any required improvements.
